Do you want Manny Ramirez to become a Met?

I saw this in my Inbox this afternoon, so I thought I’d pass it along.

If you are a Mets fan, and you want the team to acquire Manny Ramirez, a Mets fan has started a petition similar to the Red Sox fans who wanted to keep Manny Ramirez. The URL is appropriately www.bringmanny.com. Not that I think Omar needs a petition to heighten his interest in Manny; I’m pretty sure it’s at an all-time high anyway. It’s a nice gesture, though. If interested, go there and sign it up.

    I’d rather go to Boston’s “keep manny” website.

    Shouldn’t someone make a “keepmannyoutofshea.com” site???

    Well, clearly most of those signatures is coming from the massive amounts we generate here at MiracleMets.net.

    I do enjoy this site even if it is for just the three of us. Also, F Manny Ramirez, we have enough as it is. Unless we’re dishing Matsui, Traschel, and Zambrano to acquire Ramirez I don’t want him. I know if the Mets are serious about acquiring him they are going to give up Heilman and Milledge which does not sit easy with me.
